Equinox Forge ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application BalanceLab: Weight Logic Game (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

Local Game Data Storage

BalanceLab is designed to respect user privacy. The App stores your game progression, statistics, unlocked achievements, custom sandbox rules, and personalization settings locally on your device using Android's native storage systems (SharedPreferences). This data remains on your physical device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Personally Identifiable Information

We do not directly collect, request, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or precise location data.

Third-Party Services

The App may utilize third-party SDKs or mobile platform services (such as Google Play Services) which may collect information used to identify your device or track technical performance. These third-party providers have their own independent privacy policies:

2. Log Data & Analytics

Whenever you use our App, in the case of an error or crash, we may collect technical data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics to help us debug and improve App performance.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our App is designed to offer educational, brain-boosting mathematical and physics puzzles suitable for players of all ages, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided a third-party service within our App with personal data without your consent, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
